As time passes by, many tremendous changes in our society was brought up by many. Although it was bizarre, the changes was really peculiar. Peculiar in a such way that most of us cannot even take a hold of what is going on. Maybe it is in the advancement of intellect through technology, maybe ease of manpower, or proper utilization of resources. In this scenario, we living creatures must take good care of this changes since it has retroactive activity or as we say effect on our mankind. Dealing with retroactivity, many unfortunate events happened in our own paradise, earthquakes, continuous and unstoppable pollution from different land and bodies of water, and increasing numbers of criminality, drug abuse, and lastly, changes in the ecosystem. For me, good changes was brought by benevolence from taking up responsibility and ignorance of responsibility as well. People nowadays could take up responsibility from improving a certain thing yet does not think about the effects that it will bring. Even honorable persons and practitioners from all fields of expertise could promise that they could improve lives of the mankind yet they do not think of certain side effects that it has. Maybe this is the Societal Message that this diverse universe relays upon us, take responsibility. Responsibility in a manner of long terms not just for the sake of short term laurels. And for all of us, we should take responsibility also of our own lives not just pinpointing authorities to escalate and improve our own life. We are the captains of our own boat yet we should take good care of it. As Pres. Ferdinand Marcos stated, "There are many things we do not want in this world. Let us not just mourn them, but change them".
