(Warning: This post is not an expert's advice, it is solely based on naughty mind which I suppose will help those who wanted to start their own business, hope you like it!)

STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS

Maybe most of you are wondering, starting my own business? Starting my business in a pandemic? Really? In a pandemic where the economic standpoint are going downturn, everyone desires to have something as their own source of income, a really stable source of income. Above stated are the tips on how to think with stability and as well as with steps of risk and with greater returns.

1.) Think of something that you love and make it as a need.

- Popular opinion isn't it? You start businesses because you love to do those things. You pursue the field of arts, maybe painting and selling you artwork, creating music or books and strive to earn royalties.Those mentioned are considered businesses because you are earning something out of something you sold or in simpler sense, you exchanged something you made for money or for any other consideration. Someone who loves to cook would pursue creating their own stores or restaurants or fast food stores and stalls. Basically, if someone loves what he or she does, they will focus on that as their main business plan or idea. Now, we already grasped on the idea that someone should purse what they love, the question arises, did you consider the market saturation on that idea? If it is really saturated, what are your ways on making yourself one of a kind? On basic definition, Market Saturation can be defined as the inability or difficulty of another competitor to enter and be a major competitor in that market because there are much more competitors within and inside the market. Take into consideration the food industry, there are tons of competitors in a sector, basically from the major competitors up to small scale entrepreneurs. Think of an idea, what will be our distinguishing factor compared to others? What will be the effort that I will exert to be different? On how much risk will I need to give out in order for returns to give in? Well it is a question that should be dealt individually since everything differs from case to case but one thing I can assure, think of something that is not a need and then it will turn on as a need in the present or in the next years. Suppose that in the past years mobile phones are not necessary for everyday living but nowadays, it is of great necessity. Someone needs to have phones in their pockets for them to function in their daily living. Modules and work from home setting requires usage of mobile phones. Focusing on the topic, you should know how to make that craft as necessity, maybe because its trending or famous, maybe it has certain specifications which will make life easier, or maybe the taste of that certain dish makes everyone crave. That is the general viewpoint on how to make something you want to do as a necessity for others.

2.) Know the risks involve and know the returns

-In a basic point of view, risks are those things you let go for you to generate income. Let us consider this in a logical viewpoint, your capital or that thing you used for you to generate income bears risk. You risked an amount of money or a thing for you to create that craft with expectancy that something will return. You risked that money in order for you to earn interest which will be earned over a period, maybe in months or years. In a more technical view, the more risk you exerted in a thing, the more returns you gain because you will be compensated of that risk. You let go of that thing with an expectancy of returns and also a great expectancy of losses, and that losses or act of bearing that loss will be compensated of more returns. Good financial standpoint or good business plan comprises of greater returns and lesser risks because in a little amount of loss, you are compensated of more than the loss you bear. Think of applying it in a business setting, suppose you produced ten pizzas and you risked one thousand for it, you projected that only half of the pizzas will be sold. If the demand for your pizzas was great, the more returns will be generated because more customers would want to compensate you or buy your pizzas for the loss that you bear or in expectancy that such items will not be sold in exchange of money. Consider now, how much risk is required for you to generate gains? Do you need to hire some advertisers or risk money in advertising for you to gain income? Would it be a need to create a crafty and trendy packaging for you to sell your products in a much greater price? Will I need to incorporate a stronger taste and risk my present menu in my dishes to capture the greater market? A good business strategy and environment scanning or in basic senses, knowing the general pulse of the public will help you answer the issue.

3.) Social Responsibility

-I incorporated this principle in this talk because this idea shall be dealt nowadays as businesses emerge aiming only to gain profit. Social responsibility is a major factor to consider when starting up a business. The idea is this, suppose you are selling pizzas again, we should know what impacts would my pizza have in the society, will my pizza boxes harm the environment? Am I promoting unhealthy living? Is my pizza nutritious? If we consider our responsibility in the society, we can hold into our business for a very long time since we are in the path where we follow the need and we make the need constant. A need can be erased from the charts if that need will be found unhealthy or inefficient or ineffective in serving its purpose. Businesses should also consider playing their roles here on earth, promoting healthy living, and as well as creating business opportunities and employment opportunities for others which will never be detrimental. In every step that we take, we should take responsibility in every action that we make. Moving further, an exemplary act which others will notice will entice them to procure or purchase your products since it is of a very good marketing strategy. Businesses and money are stuck together but one sticks the most, that is social responsibility.

Maybe some of you are troubled with choosing the right course that will determine the path that you will take in the future. It is really bothering isn't it? The uncomfortable feeling brought by fear and exasperation. I will share some of my experiences and maybe tips on how to choose and make the right decision. This is in my own opinion only and it is in your discretion to follow.

1. No Buzz! - Is there someone bugging you and kept telling you that this course is the best course in terms of demands and money making? Of course pinpointing your friends and parents is my first action in presuming the personas and I understand that they wanted the best for you. Taking that point into consuderation but is money and demand always the talk of the evening? Does money always can make you happy? Think of it. Do not listen to the buzz in your ears and listen to yourself and your desire. Think of it as choosing for your best outfit in the evening ball, you discern and carefully think if this will be the best for a remarkable and memorable one time experience. Some will tell you that this suits you well but your preferences really was set aside and you feel uncomfortable and there is no contentment. Relating directly in your course, choose it and take it as the best "outfit" or the best outlook that you prefer yourself to have in the near future.

2. Is it for me? - Weakness and fear. I wanted to be an engineer but I am not that good in math, I wanted to be a doctor but seeing organs and blood makes me vomit, I wanted to be an accountant but my skills in analysis is not that good enough, or in easiest terms, I wanted it but I am not good enough. These will be the words that might be making it difficult for you to take a step in your best childhood dream. I took the course that I knew that it will be difficult for me since the subject or the field of knowledge that it focuses on was the field that I was really having a hard time at. The first thing that came into my mind was I can't, but I can. I can't do it but also I can't let myself be in the position or persona that I was in at the first place. I can improve and I can deal with it in the process. Never let the fear in a subject or field of intellect hinder you in achieving your dream because this can be worked out. You will never know unless you try and if you tried, never give up on trying until you master or achieve it. It is for you, and It is in your hands if you have the guts to risk.

3. Difficult! - Come on! Do not give up on it with the reason that it is diffuclt and you cannot bear with it. Almost all things in life is difficult even if you have golden spoon. It is in the perspective that this difficulty that I am experincing will make things easier in the future. Those dificulties that you have will improve yourself, generate mastery skills, and will make things smooth in the long run. Those concepts, formulas, or subjects that you are having diffculty can be the field that you will excel most because the time that you had invested with it sort of enhanced the skills that you have with it. Seeing that this course is difficult and the discourse that it has, someday you will thank yourself for choosing this course that made you the best or maybe a successful person.

As we all know what flowers are, the structure, size, of different colors and features, and the most important, that these are planted in the basic sense. Upon observation of these flowers, they all have distinct differences but there is something in common that they possess; relaxation and calmness. These flowers, whatever colors or structure or figure they had, they bring good vibes upon the dirtiest places, wildest, and mostly the crucial life we are in. These flowers are for the reason of not just staring at it but it delivers certain vibe to make us calm and at ease. We may not or what not see the real reason the entity above or the universe let flowers exist is that they of the purpose of reminding people that whatever or whenever you are, you just have to let yourself bloom and persist on being you. The best part of you will start by just simple stems comparably being on your first steps on improvement. The flower needs to sustain its living by coping up with the environment they are in so that they could basically live. Store water, face the sun, and expect for the best. Upon scrutiny, these flowers cannot live by itself only, it needs continuous support and if nothing does, it dies. It need not others but itself to motivate, learn, and adapt on the crucial part of the world. Here comes the fun part, when it realizes what kind of color, or petal structure it really possesses, it blooms. It blooms because it realized its own worth, of its own purpose; maybe for funerals, for proposals, for gifts, weddings, birthdays, and so forth. Life thought us to listen to the world but it became noisy so that no one could credibly hear something useful or fun for them. Once until we listen to ourselves, we will know what kind of purpose we will be serving in this bloddy, crowded, and noisy world. Successfully doing so, all of them will stare at us calmly and will serve the greatest purpose that life gave us. Maybe we are in an unhealthy state of environment, we should learn just to listen to ourselves and let the greatest petals bloom.

REASON FOR LIVING

There are so many things that is really keeping us down. Some things are really inevitable, fortuitous, and merely disastrous. These things kept on occurring on different times, different levels, and different circumstances. Whether it may be from our own homes, school, work, or maybe rapport and relationships. Life thought us to keep our hands out of what is beyond reach and will never be reached. Life thought us to work despite circumstances that may belittle us, make us feel unworthy, and keep us out of track. These days, life is as is and is really continuing to get worse, social media, toxicity, self worth, beauty, or whatever scenario that has on your plate. These makes us feel that we lack of something that someone has and has plenty of it. It made us feel that we are not blessed by the entity above and made us feel the hardships that we only feel and not by the others. Life will be life, but life will be greater if we know how to deal with it.

Despite of those instances, life thought us also the greatest trick of all; Hunger. We tend to be hungry for those things that we never had and made us eager to finish all those things or make things up with the things that might stress us. These things that stressed us also delivered to us the purpose of these events or scenarios. Maybe you are applying on a job or preparing for exams tomorrow or certainly felt unloved by parents and friends but the hunger to feel that makes us act in a way that we do not wanted to be. The stress bought by the hunger to socialize and to be accepted by others already answered the question that we've been longing for; yourself. You only can answer the questions that you have in mind and you should always act in a manner that your mind and heart is comfortable. The exams maybe too hard but we should find ways on how to make it better, studying on the way we are good at, embracing the things that we lack of and tackle that with great passion and perseverance. Declined and rejected by almost all of those companies that you applied for, maybe you should act on yourself or find the company that gathers your interest the most so that you can persevere on making things right. Make things the way you are comfortable in order to sustain hunger. Make everything your safe zone so that you can take a bullet to the grand prize.

Might be telling me that these words are really easy to say and is really difficult to accomplish and I am not in your position to say so. Yes, it is difficult and we need to accept that life will never be the greatest paradise, or the utopia that was thought of. Life is a bloody place to live on yet if we conquered the battlefield, we will feel the purpose of battling thousand and millions of times, Glory. Being yourself in the grandest stage and in the greatest banquet will make you feel accomplished and fulfilled enough, will make you fill the blankest spaces that no one ever imagined to be answered by a mere someone like us.Even though life is nonsensical to live on since we are born to die, we need to create the world that will make us feel sustained by our own glory and be filled by passion to eliminate hunger. If we tried to live life comfortably like a 5-year old child, life will be easy. Even though we do not have the toy that we exerted effort by crying, we tend to be contented by the things that we have and thinking that we will be having the grandest of them all. If life's purpose is to be hard, make it harder so that the hardest paths that you may take will be the easiest playground that you never imagined. Find the purpose of the stress, embrace it by being comfortable, and live life the simplest by being contented on the platter that is in front of us for now. Why did I mention for now? Because the grandest awaits you at the end of the bloody battlefield. Smile, cheer up, and do the things within reach for now so that we can take up the small things ahead. With that small things ahead, greater things will be on your own hands.That greater things that is on the next chapter is your own purpose and reason for living.

It sounds confusing right? Almost all of the life coaches and motivational speeches told us that we need to get rid of negativity and think positively in life. These sounds to generic for me as a person and is really tiring to hear repeatedly and consistently; the need for something new arises for me. One thing I knew in life that this was never been paradise. This is a world full of evil things and negativity and maybe a world of never ending problems. I might sound weird nor depressed but let us embrace life as it is. I will give you some points to prove my argument without statistics nor citations but with one essential thing, common sense.

1. Goodness- Most of us maybe like me, wanted to do something good and escape the fear of oblivion by leaving a good mark in this world yet each and every step on the way gets intoxicated and feared of. Like maybe some of politicians, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals wanted to do good but if they take a step further, its the dead end for them. Instead of blaming someone for that event or circumstance, let us embrace that goodness roots even from bad things. Even though they couldn't take care of the corruption or they skipped an operation and the patient died or he acquitted a criminal, for the least, they saved someone from the brink. I understand the shame that you have in your heart but work on it. Work on your life not to be a good one and stop on the endless pursuit since maybe your not incapable or not in that position to do so. From that negative side of the world, work really hard to do just one thing, good.

2. Negative times Negative is equals to POSITIVE- For the sake of multiple times of having negative experiences, give it a shot to embrace more of it or exceed the negative assumption. Negative assumption is you are trying to accept the phenomena that everything could lead to negative things. Exemplifying that you tried out for a collegiate varsity team and you did great, your presumption were already "I'm in because the best plays was mine or I was greater than them", instead of thinking that maybe try to think that "I may did good but I could fall and can't get it pass through." Embrace the fact that there are many negative things that can occur in a day or in a month. If you tried to embrace things like that, it will be easier for you if you fell since you are already familiar with the situation. I am not saying that you should be negative at times but its just that it drags down positive expectations thus will hurt you badly if you fall. Last word, as for the saying "A door may close but the right one will open for you." Through these negative times and embracing negativity could help you get up and produce something great and therefore lead to positive things.

3. Never judge yourself- Reading this you might say, "What the heck is this guy really trying to point out?" "You are leading us to nowhere!" No, I am just opening different situations that might occur. Embracing negativity sometimes could lead you to "I might not make it" or "I will fail." If you could think of that, What things that you think you can do to avoid that? What things can I do to better? These things lead to another thing, Motivation. Embracing negativity can make you motivated to do good because it takes away complacency and boastfulness. Embrace negativity to the point that it can be motivation and not in the mere factor that it can drag you down. Never judge yourself because you can do better even if you embraced negative things, because negative things can make us work harder, stronger, and finish the task that we are dreaming of. Think like this "I might fall down or I might be rejected but I can work hard to make it better."

4. No one is with you- We tend to be downgraded or maybe depressed if we felt that no one cares or no one gives a shit about us, try to think that no one really gives a shit about us so why we do care? If no one gives a damn about you, just continue working hard and getting better so one day they can look up to you and just give a shit. It is a sense of pride if that happened and basically a sense of fulfillment. Just make yourself proud and make them look upon you but know your limitations so that you can never be branded as successful-yet-badass-trash. Just take it with you and never show it to others. Accept the reality that "Everyone looks up to those guys who have money, fame, power, and good professional and societal standing." Therefore, if you want to be respected as hell, try to get all of those and not just be a good guy who does good shits and gets humiliated and belittled.

5. Mind is the power- All those things that can drag you down and make you fell trash as hell, use your mind to accept that they will be as is unless we tried to prove something. If we did good on our part and achieve things that will make them bow down then, you succeeded. The heart softens one soul but the mind teaches it on how, when, and where to be one. It makes us a decision making entity that it could lead us to many discernment and decision making moments.If we used the power of our own minds, we can get rid of the outside world and live on our own world, the world inside our minds. Lastly, it is placed by the Divine Creator above our hearts since it teaches us to be soft or to use our hearts first and then let our minds think or decide if that certain thing was the best for the greater good.
